So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. The food was outstanding. Everything was well-cooked, flavored and seasoned to perfection (from the grilled octopus to the fried calamari.) The variety of the menu is eye-popping. Also, their in-store bakery is to die for. Well worth the trip.

Our server was enthusiastic and professional. He asked right away if we had any allergen concerns (we do) and proceeded to make sure everything was safe to eat. The food was delicious and the tapas style was so much fun.

Excellent homemade Greek food. Took my Mom today for lunch and we loved every dish. Definitely going back again soon. I don’t typically write restaurant reviews, however, this dining experience exceeded our expectations so I wanted to share. Well done!!
