Mestizo, Mexican Restaurant opened in March 2005 and was the first to bring authentic Mexican cuisine back to London. It is a stylish, elegant restaurant serving traditional cuisine. With Mexican owners, chefs and staff, we are perhaps London’s most authentic Mexican restaurant. Our elegant bar, displaying over 260+ tequila & mezcal. It is the largest Tequila bar in the UK. Our Mexican Sunday Buffet Brunch is our chef's special day. All buffet style with a large selection of traditional Mexican dishes each Sunday. Warmly welcomed & expected, Prosecco on the house for my birthday & candle in dessert without asking, so lovely! Staff so friendly, we weren’t hurried & looked after impeccably. The food, as always, was wonderful! Thank you for a lovely afternoon!

Outstanding food. Absolutely delicious. Would definitely return. Downside was the service - although our waiters were very friendly it was so busy. We were sat down at a table which hadn’t been cleared and it was a good 10 mins before it was cleared. We were also sat at a table by the door and it was freezing anytime anyone went in or out and had people standing next to our table all the time as they were waiting to be seated. Absolutely amazing restaurant but I suggest that you don’t use the three tables in the bar as it was so cold and off putting having a stream of people standing next to our table.

Absolutely wonderful new menu, with fresh, balanced and tasty new dishes - the seabream and aubergine starters were excellent, and the king prawn in chilli and lime was so delicate and flavourful - well done to the chefs! I can't wait to come back again try try some more the new dishes!! I hope to die with you again soon
