Paranga is a seaside restaurant, set on teak decking above the rippling Mediterranean Sea. Chef de Cuisine Jake Mangani presents a menu characterised by superb array of stimulating and diverse Sicilian flavours interpreted in both a traditional and contemporary style. We are a Italian restaurant situated in Mellieha. Since Mellieha is a small town which derives its name from the Arabic word for salt, we don’t think we could have found a more fitting area. The quaint town is an ideal location for a variety of reasons – no less for its tourist attractions. And what’s better than a cosy environment accompanied by food of outstanding value after a day at the beach? Not to toot our own horn, but our answer would be: not much. Staying true to our typical Italian demeanor, we always provide a service with a smile.
