Yemanyá mother of the water is the ally of Chef Rodrigo Estrada. From their first restaurant Agua y Sal they use products exclusively from Mexico, using sustainable fishing and supporting small local producers without losing the quality and freshness that characterizes us. As for the mixology you can find very well cared for cocktails that take you somewhere in the tropics. La opción de Buffet muy buena, el costo-beneficio me pareció adecuado. La atención fue excelente por parte de nuestro mesero. Si pudiera mejorar algo seria el pan dulce, probé mejores.
