Michelin Starred Stubborn Seed is the result of pairing unrelenting passion with an unapologetic approach. It aims to unearth cravings of the palate while constructing a reward in each bite. This was my second time to Stubborn Seed and it was as wonderful as the first time. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience so special, including making me a sweet paper crane and letting me order some items to go. This is the kind of hospitality that makes lifelong memories. Jackie, Tokyo, and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic.

I’m pescatarian, but my friend is vegan. Sometimes dining at restaurants that exclusively meet her diet, I’m ill-impressed at the taste/texture of the food. PLANTA is a clear exception as their food is incredibly tasty, and I would think would please most anyone (who isn’t determined to bite into a juicy piece of beef😉).

We went for brunch, and the ambience was exactly what we were looking for, it was football Sunday, and the staff, starting from Kurt to Geo were nothing short of amazing. But the food could definitely use an update on their menu.

Light and healthy elevated bar food. Pretzels were a great appetizer and the donut holes were oh-MAZING! It was fun watching the boats go by. Appropriate for celebrations
