Welcome to Roberts Scratch Kitchen. We are a fine dining continental cuisine BYOB scratch kitchen restaurant located in Totowa New Jersey. Serving lunch and dinner with daily specials, offering a full Gluten Free Menu. Our modern spacious dining room is finely detailed, cozy, and relaxing, with a trendy classy feel.At RSK our food is made from scratch. We do not use any ready-made prepared foods. Our kitchen has no freezer. Food is purchased fresh daily. Meals are homemade in the restaurant kitchen just a few feet from where you are dining. We also ask to bare with us as it is hard to find staff and we try to keep the prices as low as possible due to the high food costs these days and also trying to find the product in these strange times. We only use top of the line high quality provisions. On weekends we have a 90 minute table time for 2 tops and 2 hour table time for larger then that on the earlier seatings.

Laboratorio Kitchen offers guests a modern atmosphere paired with seasonal food and tender service. We are a BYOB restaurant. Chef/Owner James DeSisto has a seasonal a la carte menu featuring fresh seafood, pasta, steaks, and appetizers. In addition there is a chef’s special menu featuring local and seasonal food from all over NJ, PA, and NY please keep in mind this menu changes weekly. Chef DeSisto also has gluten free and vegan options for guests as well. Excellent service in a great setting. This is our go-to place prior to the opera a the Met. I had the recommended salad: lightly dressed arugula with walnuts, cheese, tiny tomatoes....very good. The lamb chops were done to order with a rich dark sauce that was just the right touch. My partner had a hamburger...said it was the tastiest but slightly over temp for her. We both finished with the bruleed lemon tart, which is always a show-stopper/

A lovely evening celebrating our 29th anniversary. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Food, fresh and delicious. I had been wanting scallops for weeks, and these were perfectly cooked and delicious. The sauces were so creamy and delightful.
