Elizabeth's offers an extraordinary dining experience every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. We merge our gorgeous venue with a prix fixe Vegan Tasting Menu at $110 per person. Elizabeth's is a destination for special occasions and adventurous cuisine.Our sommelier curates a pairing of wines and beverages sourced from around the world at an additional $85 per person. We also offer a non-alcoholic beverage pairing comprised of non-alcoholic wines, mocktails, and infusions for $65 per person.Fully raw menus are not available. Located in historic Blagden Alley in D.C.'s Shaw neighborhood since 2015, The Dabney continues to pay tribute to the wonderful farmers, watermen, and purveyors of the mid-Atlantic region whom provide some of the best and most unique products in the country. We celebrate these ingredients by preparing them in a large wood burning hearth which is the centerpiece of our open kitchen. The current dining room experience is an 8-course tasting menu honoring the Mid-Atlantic's bounty. We offer an additional 3-course experience at our bar and bar area tables. Walk-in guests are welcome to enjoy the bar area as well.The Dabney has been awarded one Michelin star every year since 2017, James Beard Foundation Best Chef Mid-Atlantic for Chef Jeremiah Langhorne in 2018, and Washingtonian Magazine's #1 restaurant in 2023. Chaplin's Restaurant & Bar is a 1930's style Japanese Ramen House and cocktail bar. Chaplin's Executive Chef and Partner, Myo Htun, is originally from Burma, but was cooking ramen in Japan at a young age. Myo received a blessing from his mentor in Japan after nearly 30 years of cooking in Japan, to come to America and continue to showcase his authentic Ramen and traditional Japanese cuisine. We had a GREAT time at Equinox. This is a very special restaurant. The entire menu is fabulous. I love their ability to cover both delicious omnivore and exquisite plant based options. All food is impeccable. There is something for everyone - and I’ve noticed people of all ages and much diversity. The staff is warm and inviting and the atmosphere is “elevated cozy”. LOVE this place. congrats on the one year in the new space. Support this DC treasure!

We ate at Mita for their unbelievable Tasting menu for my birthday. It was an absolute production from the moment we walked in until we were escorted out the door. We have eaten in 5 star Michelin restaurants in major cities all over the world, and Mita fits in every well with them. Each time we thought it couldn’t get any better, another amazingly creative, delicious dish showed up to wow our senses. The food was beautifully plated and the servers are experts at the placement and description of them. The entire experience was one for the record books. My birthday was perfect.
