Lechon is a South American dining experience that seamlessly combines the fiery cooking of Argentina, Chile and Patagonia, along with creative inspiration of the chef. Enjoy perfectly charred 28-day dry-aged ribeye, grilled octopus with chorizo, housemade piquillo pepper and pork empanadas, slow roasted lechon, refreshing ceviches and smoked bone marrow.Executive Chef Jaco Smith consistently pushes the boundaries on traditional Latin fare by incorporating wood-fired flavors into his cuisine while boasting a view of the Willamette River that few Portland restaurants can offer. Smith comes from a large family of cattle, sheep and grain farmers. He started cooking at a young age in his mother’s kitchen. This was our first time at The Melting Pot and it did not disappoint. Our waitress was so sweet and helpful and made the experience so much better! Cheese was out of this world good and the sauces were just as good! We cannot wait to come back and really hope they open one down in Bend, Or! Pleeeease!

We had and amazing time. The food was exquisite, the angelHair pasta with caviar and truffle was to die for. Every dish was so flavorful and right portions. Ended with desert that was also just amazing. Can’t wait to go back

Arden never disappoints. This little gem of a spot offers seasonal cuisine, French inspired, but completely accessible. Nicholas is AMAZING (he will provide you with some truly amazing wine pairings) and the chef's combinations are exquisitely balanced, creative, and palette pleasing. See the chef expediting at the small counter and knowing that everything will be perfect is an experience not often found at this price point. This is a place where we are made to feel valued and welcomed, and the food leaves you contented and excited for the next culinary journey. I cannot say enough good things about Arden.
