Born in 2019 in Montreal, the Bloom concept has been based on the union of the love of sushi and the desire to safeguard ocean biodiversity. Under the leadership of chef Christian Ventura, Bloom has become a household name across the Atlantic with a wide range of both vegan and traditional customers. In 2022, Bloom is coming to Europe, with the first restaurant in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Discover a varied selection of botanical sushi inspired by traditional Japanese recipes. All our sushi is 100% vegan: No mercury and no antibiotics. No use of fish flesh, seafood, or by-products in our recipes. No eggs, cream, or milk All our sushi is made with seasonal products to offer original and harmonious flavour combinations.     J'y suis allé pour un déjeuner en famille et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Nous avons pris un menu Double, un menu déjeuner et un repas à la cartes. À chaque fois les plats étaient délicieux, savoureux et généreux. Le prix peut être élevé pour certaines personnes mais la qualité des produits est au rdv. Je vous recommande !

    My husband and I were looking for a sushi restaurant in Paris and found this place on yelp. We did not realize this was a vegetarian restaurant. That said we enjoyed our meal greatly! Everything was fresh and delicious, the drinks were excellent. We left full and happy and yes, we plan to come back next time we are in Paris

    Nous venions pour la troisième fois à l'inavoué et encore une fois nous avons passé un super moment. Nous avons réservé pour le réveillon de Noël quasiment au dernier moment et avons eu la chance de trouver de la place. Accueil et service toujours irréprochable. Plats et cocktails de qualité rien à redire. Nous reviendrons pour sûr 😊

    We booked via OpenTable and went there for our Christmas's Eve dinner. The servers were very friendly and very good. The food was amazing and good portion for us, the piano live music was great. Great special entertainment arrangement with musicians for the Christmas events. The restaurant was full. Not far from a metro station, just about 5-10 minutes walk. I will recommend this restaurant.

    From the very first greeting to the last bite of dessert, it was a perfect evening. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. If we are blessed to come back to Paris, This will definitely be our first choice for dinner.
