So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. Our server Nick was excellent. Very knowledgeable and attentive. The food and atmosphere are great. The crab rice is addictive . Special thank you to Vivi the manager, she always makes sure to spot by our table and ensure everything is great for us. Is the great staff at this location that makes us come back again and again.

Our party has Celiac’s & Gluten Intolerance. The staff at Fringe was very helpful, and let us know that the owner also has Celiacs disease. Food was incredible! Our waiter was excellent! No issues at all and we will definitely return.

I visited a week earlier to inquire about the Christmas menu. I was told regular menus. Lunch and dinner. When we got there it was dinner only. This put us in a situation. However, the food was good. The waiter and service were fine. Everyone was attentive. For a Christmas meal, it was difficult seeing 👀 folks working on their holiday. It was, subsequently, a good experience, and we were grateful!
