The mixto seviche appetizer was loaded with fish and seafood and was wonderful. The miso chilean seabass was the best I have ever had. The service was friendly, helpful and efficient. Luckily we were in the 'red room' next to the bar so the noise level which can sometimes be overwhelming, was moderate. Am looking forward to returning soon.

I met a friend for lunch. We both enjoyed a bowl of fresh and hearty minestrone soup and some of delicious gluten-free and sugar-free bread with a vegan spread and were delighted with the taste and consistency. Also, the water serve table side is filtered! Such a nice touch

Always a fun family experience us. I especially appreciate all the gluten free options and how knowledgeable the staff is about them. It is also nice that the managers are visible and actively helping assist the servers. Although we miss having a Melting Pot in St. Petersburg, this one is worth the drive.

Stuffed beet appetizer, sokehouse wagyu burger, barramundi, pumpkin pie chia pudding... everything was outstanding. Every time I eat here, I leave thinking I should come more often. Super healthy options, and it's all delicious!!

This hidden gem, inside The Modern hotel, is literally the best food we’ve had in Sarasota over the past year of dining out. Cocktails are great, staff is attentive and accommodating, and make very helpful recs when asked. Sit on patio. Don’t forget to order the Brussel sprouts. Lots of options for vegan/gf as well as a fantastic burger for meat lovers. Free parking. Walkable to Fogertyville. We love this place!
