Wow! What an experience. Dining at Dave and Jerry’s Steakhouse with their prix fixe Christmas menu was a true pleasure. The executive chef was able to accommodate my husband’s allium allergy with ease. So thankful to have had such a wonderful experience. Thank you!

The service & food was excellent. Love the open air restaurants in St Thomas. This was our first time at the Caribbean Fish Market. My husband had the wahoo & I had the grouper. We shared the salad wedge with shrimp & the coconut cake. EXCELLENT!! The calamari was the best we had ever had at any restaurant. The portions are generous so sharing was a great idea! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore restaurants. Remember it’s at the Ritz Carlton Resort. We were staying in Peterborg so I don’t know other restaurants there.

Delicious food, amazing service. It is an experience to remember. One lingers over dinner and the atmosphere is one of relaxed island luxury.

Armani was an outstanding server. She was very friendly, courteous, attentive, personable and efficient. There was also a tremendous team effort from the entire staff, including the woman who brought us our food and the hostess who sat us. Armani’s great customer service attitude and quick attention made for an excellent dining experience. Thank you all for a job well done!
