At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment. In addition to our menu, our chefs prepare a varied assortment of daily specials that always add an element of interest to our every-day offerings.

Located inside of the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort, SHOR American Seafood Grill has the freshest Seafood and the best views in town. Our floor to ceiling windows and a large outdoor patio provide spectacular views of The Gulf of Mexico. Every seat is a great one. Outdoor Seating is available upon request, but not guaranteed. Whether Breakfast or Dinner we have dishes that please. Our specialties include the Crab Benedict for Breakfast, & the Signature Lobster Mac & Cheese for Dinner. If seafood is not preferred, we have fabulous Steak, Pasta, Vegetarian and Vegan options. Our full menu is available online.     Great V day dinner for three couples. 4 course meal with wine paring was amazing. The issue was we were coding wrong with our reservation in the computer. Hence, we were not seated with the valentines Day menu, and we had to request the roses for the ladies. Our server was excellent, which made up for the coding issue.

    We had a wonderful experience at your restaurant. Our server Jacob was fantastic, kind and very knowledgeable. Everyone worked very hard and appeared to enjoy their jobs. Excellent Food and service. We had the calamari appetizer the best we have found for sure. Thanks so much for a wonderful Valentine's experience.

    Naomi at the host stand was amazing and attentive! She acknowledged my anniversary multiple times through our dining experience in a way that felt natural. Christy our server was very kind and gave us great recommendations. My only complaint is that the open table menu showcased items on their sushi menu that were no longer a part of the restaurant. This was unfortunate because there were multiple items I was looking forward to trying, however the items they did have were absolutely perfect
