Casadonna is a Coastal Italian-inspired waterfront restaurant developed in partnership between Groot Hospitality and Tao Group Hospitality. It is housed in the same Mediterranean revival building as Miami’s historic Women’s Club, located in the city’s burgeoning Edgewater neighborhood. In fact, the name “Casadonna” is derived from the setting—it is a fusion of Italian words translating to “house of the woman.”Riviera-style Italian cooking serves as the heart of Casadonna’s cuisine. The menu features the freshest and finest local and imported products, with signature handcrafted dishes. Plates are based around traditional recipes found in the coastal towns of Naples, Taormina, Bari, Positano and Gaeta, and each is presented in a contemporary fashion.     Wonderful night for Noche Buena, excellent ambiance and service with Lucas. Great Latin specials with Chipa, Vitel Tone and a moqueca type dish. Delicious and great pricing. Hope to be back soon!

    We had dinner at another location so this was solely for the energetic experience we saw online and drinks. The music was great and the energy was unmatched. If you want to be in the center of everything you will need great a table in the front room where the stage is. The drinks were expensive but good (There were 4 of us, 2 drinks per person expect to spend $350+.) My only critique was someone took the time to call me to confirm my reservation and asked If we wanted the complimentary bday dessert however we never received anything wishing him a happy birthday.

    We were four people celebrating my birthday. My waiter was Maykel and he was fantastic. Everyone who works there has a great attitude, all willing to help the other, which is very unusual for a restaurant like this. It was a pleasant surprise and made my birthday super special. The food is meticulously done in such nice taste. Everything has a beautiful presentation. This is not the restaurant where you come starving because the portions are small but delicious. Every bite is an explosion of taste in your mouth. We ordered 12 different appetizers all amazing. The most impressive thing about this restaurant was the service and the energy inside. It’s just a great ambience. There was a fire dancer. The mood is fun. Thank you so much for making my birthday special.
