Casual waterfront dining right on the docks of the Patchogue River, The Oar serves up fresh and delicious steaks and seafood.  Chefs prepare specialties like coconut shrimp, 36 oz sizzling prime porterhouse, lobster quesadillas and fresh Bluepoint oysters and little clams which are delivered daily.  Two dining rooms are decorated in traditional nautical style.  The front wall in made up of French doors that open onto the water, providing dockside open air seating in warm months and picturesque views of the marina year-round.  The rear dining room is elegant with raise panel mahogany, white table clothes and blue and white nautical stripe wall paper.  We look forward to accommodating your special occasion in the separate catering room.  The restaurant stocks full indoor and outdoor bars so you'll never miss a beautiful night at this fun and entertaining spot.

The Snapper Inn offers seating overlooking the Connetquot river either waterside or under a gazebo. Sunday brunch features unlimited mimosas and champagne to accompany brunch items, such as eggs benedict, smoked Atlantic salmon, Alaskan crab legs or fresh fruit. Enjoy a peaceful evening at The Snapper Inn with a starter of lobster crab cake, Manhattan style baked clams, mini French dip sliders or chicken quesadillas.     Drift 82 is a gem! It is a unassuming building yet when you go inside it has a great view of the bay and the dock . The bartender and waitress Yasmine were so friendly and gracious giving us extra time to order while I got caught up in conversation with a good friend. The drinks were made perfectly to order. The spinach salad was top notch with almonds,berries, goat cheese with a yummy balsamic vinaigrette. The blackened mahi sandwich was very generous and perfectly cooked. The homemade chips were so thin and scrumptious and such a generous portion! My friend had penne with smoked salmon and a pink sauce which was delicious and al dente. It was such a wonderful atmosphere there of warmth, friendliness , food and a view! My new favorite!

    The waitress we had was outstanding!! I wish I could remember her name. She had platinum blonde hair. She was awesome! There was an issue with my bill and she took care of it. I’m so grateful for her and the rest of the staff For checking in on me and my sister to see how we were doing. And wishing us a happy Thanksgiving. Also, the valet group was awesome as well.
