It all started in 1992, when Annette and Gerner Andresen opened the Lighthouse Café in Sausalito in its present form. The Andresens, both born in Denmark, had recently immigrated to the U.S., and along with them they brought the Scandinavian flair for simplicity, good quality and tasty food.     So fun to go back to The Trident after many years - I date back to just after the initial Tequila Sunrise days... Fun location, incredible views, friendly and helpful staff, good service. I have to remember to bring out of town guests here soon.

    The music selection playing in the background was awesome, I could’ve stayed there all day. Excellent service, awesome food, chilled vibe. Bungalow Kitchen is now on my list of favorite restaurants…next time I’d like to sit outside.

    I went here for Valentine's Day and the experience was fabulous. The attentive service was superb and the Filipino lady who greeted us was so friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the chicken sandwich, one of the better sandwiches I've had in a long time. Also, the Korean steak had lots of flavor and was delicious. We ended the meal with the lava cake which added the perfect touch. Of course, we will be back again! Thanks for the great meal!
