It was Valentine’s Day, and the restaurant was very crowded, as expected! We had made a reservation on Open Table and we were seated promptly! Our waitress Dee, was so personable and did not rush us at all. She took our drink and app order and gave us plenty of time to enjoy before bringing out dinner. Everything was hot and cooked to order. We love Chelo’s food and staff!

outstanding dining experience; the salmon with risotto; alongwith french onion burger were cooked perfectly; the pirnce edward island mussels for appetizer were sprite and tasty and the bread presented to soak up the broth was appreciated ... the newport restaurant group is at the top of the list for quality of food, ambience; presentation and pricing ...

We always have a great experience at the Boat House in the summer, and eating there in February was as good if not better! The food was excellent; as my wife, who has celiac, went with the Grilled Salmon and root veggies and I went outside my comfort zone for the pastrami rubbed swordfish on rye with some terrifc cole slaw...their version of a reuben. The service was terrific and the prices more than reasonable. A great night out...I couldn't believe how full the restaurant was on a blustery night, but we were in and out in record time.

What an incredible experience! Some of the most delicious seafood we’ve ever tasted. Server was personable and professional. Ambiance wonderfully stimulating since it’s on the water. Wish we’d known about this hidden gem before but we plan to be regulars now.

A nice day to be outside with our pup. Sarah was an excellent server.
