    We had a beautiful delicious evening. Calypso is a favorite for so many years; consistently great. We enjoyed: tuna tartare, ceviche, scallops on half shell, house salad, ginger tuna, wahoo catch of the day, and the swoon-worthy sticky toffee pudding. All was perfectly prepared and served. Wine selection sancere. Don’t hesitate to book a reservation and enjoy!

    Many visits and Bacaro never disappoints. Last night we brought our NY friends for the first time and everything from beginning to end was wonderful. Staff, atmosphere and the food is outstanding. The best experience in every way!

    Amazing atmosphere and vibe, which is definitely the highlight of the experience. However, the food is just average considering the price. You’re mainly paying for the ambiance rather than the culinary experience.

    We did not plan to eat Italian while visiting Cayman but we are so glad we did - absolutely delicious and they we so accommodating of my gluten free needs. 10/10!
