HRB Hand Rolls are carefully prepared using a special nori (seaweed) form Ariake Bay in Japan. Speaking of which.... we recommend eating the Hand Rolls right away as nori begins to lose its crispiness once in contact with oxygen. We are huge fans of the Fairmont hotels. Their consistency across locations is remarkable. Their staff is highly trained. As for Lumiere in particular, the restaurant is phenomenal. We have been there many times and every time without fail we have an amazing time and amazing food. Juan, our server today was phenomenal.

It was a wonderful experience from the food to ambience and service. Although the server mentioned when we asked him if the Arnold Palmer is refillable, he said yes but turned out not to be the case! Additionally, the interaction felt a little bit dry, lacking the warmth and friendliness that I would expect! But it did not ruin the experience, just a room for improvement.

We had the pre fixe menu on Christmas Day. The food was phenomenal and the space was gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience and would recommend this place for special occasions. The wait for our food was on the longer side, but it was Christmas Day so I presume it was due to being short staffed on a busy dining day.

We had the most wonderful dinner on Christmas Eve. The entire team made us feel so welcome and festive. We loved the Pear salad, seafood salad and chicken parm Had a great bottle of wine. Really great experience

We dined at the Apres-Ski Swiss Chalet pop up, and it was much more than a meal, it was truly an experience! A special evening in an exquisite setting, perfect for our family on the day before Christmas Eve. Service was excellent, food and drinks were delicious. We felt transported to the another place! Bravo!
