For more than a decade, it has provided Northeast Ohioans with outstanding cuisine and service.Conveniently located on Chagrin Boulevard and Som Center Road in Moreland Hills, Flour - Italian Kitchen is both the neighborhood gathering place for family dinner and sophisticated private venue for the country’s largest corporations. Reservations were for a high top table. On arrival, hostess seated us at a high top table. We had a wonderful waitress, who provided great service, and we enjoyed great food. We are regular, returning customers who enjoy Piccolo’s food and service.
