Amazing dinner at Double Cut Steak in the Poconos! I had the scallop truffles, my sons had the prime burger & lamb shanks, my daughter loved the kids cavapetti, and my fiancé enjoyed the plank salmon. Kyle was outstanding!

First time here….we were looking for a special place to celebrate our 50th anniversary—and we found it! Thanks for an outstanding dining experience!

The food and service were excellent. We ordered the chef's appetizer board to start. It served the two of us generously, full of cheeses, meats, roasted peppers and eggplant, melon, bruschetta and balsamic jam. Our entrees were lasagna and the pork shank. The server (who was wonderful and efficient) helped me decide between the pork chop and the pork shank. She was so right. The pork was fall-off-the-bone tender and absolutely delicious. We shared a slice of the ricotta pistachio cake for dessert. I'd order it again. It was light and not too sweet. The perfect ending with a cup of coffee. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the kitchen served our cake on a plate decorated with "happy anniversary" in chocolate. Very sweet and much appreciated. The atmosphere is quiet and softly lighted, with Sinatra or Deano crooning softly in the background, perfect for a leisurely dinner. No casino noise at all No bright lights. Just nice music, soft lights, a smiling server, and good food. Bistecca is by far the best food if you're in the casino, and it's worth a little drive if you're in the area.

Always un upscale but leisurly experirne with wonderful servers and overall great staff.
