Hana Japan Steakhouse specializes in teppanyaki-style recipes. The menu features grilled seafood items as well as options for landlovers. It was a great experience. The salmon chowder soup is outstanding. We all had fish and chips which is our Christmas Eve tradition. The fish was fresh and of high quality.
