Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. Every morsel of food we ate was delicious, from the yellowtail ceviche to the rockfish. David provided fantastic service, it was a five star experience all around.

Excellent dining experience as always. Went here with a friend to catch up and since it was a week night it was not crowded or loud so it was perfect for dinner conversations. The staff were excellent and we were checked on several times by the management as well ! The bone marrow is a must try.

All of the service including the bussers and folks that film the water glass were very good. Tony our waiter was a 10. We had a great time.
