I'll start by saying I am very happy we decided to dine at HEW. Great experience!! Starting with Jade our server who guided us thru the menu making appropriate suggestions. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Small touches like calling us by our name on the reservation shows a genuine interest in our satisfaction. The meal was perfectly prepared. We've eaten in dozens and dozens of fine steakhouses, this one is top notch in many areas. Sides were delicious and prepared well. The house special demi-glaze was one of the best I've ever had. I'm very glad she recommended it. Presentation was very nice, however when it came to the quality of the tomahawk steak, it fell a little short. Again, it was cooked and presented perfectly but tough and not up to the standard. I will be sure to return because of how the place is run We are very anxious to try many other things on the menu based on how well the food was prepared and presented. So many nice touches here. You can't go wrong eating at Lucky Lobster. This is our 6th year spending Christmas Eve there and we always enjoy it. Mya provided great service and the food as always was delish. The 2-pound lobster was impressive. My partner enjoyed his Luckly Lobster Linguini too. Nice to have holiday music in the background for ambiance.

Excellent food, location, atmosphere, service etc. couldn’t have asked for a better dinner with out of town family. Will be back for sure!
