Since its opening, Brix 25 Restaurant has been hailed as one of the best restaurants in the Northwest. Brix 25° is Seasonal Northwest Cuisine. Chef/Owner Thad Lyman updates the menu seasonally and whenever the mood strikes, working with his team in an open kitchen. The menu is rustic and refined, rooted in Northwest products, embellished with classic cooking techniques. We are small and proud to be an intimate restaurant. Being smaller allows us to focus on delicious food, inventive hand crafted cocktails and a curated, Northwest focused wine list. Located on the waterfront in downtown Gig Harbor, our foremost goal is that every guest has a memorable experience.     We had the octopus, steak tartare, and red leaf caesar to start, and the mussels and beef pomodoro as mains. Everything was delicious, well balanced and flavorful. Our server Lindsey was friendly and attentive, and helpful with the menu. She made sure we had a fantastic meal. Cute restaurant, nice location with great views of the water. Definitely recommend!

    This is a very nice place to eat whether it is for a special occasion for two or a nice lunch. We have been here just three times -- once for lunch and twice for dinner. Each time the food and drinks were absolutely perfect and delicious. I believe the cost is worth the value; not overpriced. I highly recommend this place.

    Lovely dining experience on Christmas late afternoon. Great food, moderate selection of finely crafted cuisine. They were out of a couple of popular items that I might have ordered had they still had them available. After dining we enjoyed a nice walk on the waterfront and all the lovely decorations. Due to most of our family traveling over the holidays, this was a good choice for celebrating our small Christmas together. Tip on parking: use the hotel's parking/private valet service, don't use the Ruston general parking as this restaurant does not validate that.

    Yet another wonderful experience, consistently excellent service and ambiance , fun appetizers clam chowder/ shrimp cocktails, crab cake dinner and sole almondine were delightful, finished with creme Brulé for desert

    Very entertaining and filling. We had a food allergy in our party of 12 and they were very accommodating and safe! We had the best time!!
