The Winery Restaurant has been an icon among western Colorado restaurants for over 35 years. The restaurant makes its home in a 95 year old building that used to house a horse drawn fire station. A gas lamp lit, grapevine canopied alley frames this romantic location perfectly. The beautifully remodeled building contains flowered stain glass windows, barn wood and bricks.Steve Thoms acquired the restaurant in late June of 2004 after taking a couple of years off from his previous restaurant. His mission at he Winery is simple: Show the restaurant and its patrons the attention that they deserve. When we saw the Thanksgiving Day special menu come up we wanted to Give Devils Kitchen another try after the disastrous Mother's Day Brunch. We knew the staff and Chef are excellent and figured Mother's Day was somebody being caught unaware of the volume and prep starting way to late to meet food temps. The Thanksgiving Day special menu was excellent, the staff outstanding and the food was extraordinary! Glad we gave Devils Kitchen a second try for special events. Excellent highly recommended

One of our favorite restaurants! We appreciate the menu’s variety of dishes, everything prepared deliciously, and elegantly presented. The staff is wonderful, and their manager, Angie, is our favorite. Fabulous cocktails and wine to complete the dining experience.

Excellent service. Entrees were really well prepared and tasty. Nice to dine in a quiet atmosphere for a change. Meal was well worth the price and a portion of the profits go to community outreach. We recommend going.
