The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. This rural haven in the middle of Fulham is a collaboration between Brett Graham of the famed Ledbury restaurant, Mike Robinson of the acclaimed Pot Kiln pub in rural Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the famous Vaux brewery. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! We are lucky enough to be able to wind back our roof in the conservatory for those long summer lunches to. Alongside our a la carte menu we have a bar snack menu that not only runs all day, everyday but also contains such pub classics. Lovely local Italian with a good menu and specials of the day. Easily missed on the menu is the charcoal grilled veal, which was amazing.

This is our local pub and we went for the steak special it was perfectly cooked and the Shiraz wine went down very easily. Joe the manager is top-notch with the service and there was a nice Saturday night buzz in the place we sat by the fire and roasted ourselves, it was lovely.

Amazing food, beef Wellington was perfectly cooked pink enough to be tender without being bloody. Tasted wonderful. Crepe suzette was a blast from the past but cooked to perfection with lots of caramel. Staff we're very polite and very friendly

We are not from the area but met here on the way to the ferry port. The staff were friendly and welcoming, great selection of beer and a nice atmosphere. We had steak and chips which was wonderful. Thank you.

The food was generally OK however my 'toast' with my pate was just literally a bit of bread that had been shown the chargrill for about a minute and no part was crisp. The rest of the food was great the service however was slooooow, drinks took ages to arrive, the rest of the food arrived in a reasonable time but clearing took a while and took us about 15 mins to pay the bill after it had arrived.
