Bistro Casanova is smooth, elegant, exquisite and fun. A tropical landscaping refreshes the air surrounding the outside al fresco tables. Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from. Its menu reaches some classic of the European cuisine: Paella for two, Cioppino, Focaccias, Grigliata plates of grilled meat or fish large enough to share, prime cuts of steaks are between the favorites, next to an excellent selection of pastas and fresh salads. Locally grown ingredients are used extensively, as well as the freshest fish from Maui's ocean. Bistro Casanova is a favorite for Happy Hour relaxation, watered by specialty martinis and carafes of mojito and margaritas.Tapas (available after 4pm) can be a tasty complement to your drinks, an opening line for your dinner, or dinner itself. The food was excellent, the staff friendly, professional and efficient. It was a birthday celebration and couldn’t have been happier! The server made sure to take extra special care of the birthday girl and the musician even gave her a complimentary copy of his CD and played requests for her. We have been here a few times over the past year and highly recommend it.

Returning after a 4+ year lapse to find the still high attention to detail and quality service instilled upon these students wishing to become part of the Industry. Food selection and portions for Luncheon were perfect. Presentation was in keeping with local traditions.
