So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. The food and service were both outstanding. We had a 4:30 reservation, so it was quite. But the place filled out by time we left. Clams casino pizza was a special and I hope it makes it to the main menu. We will be back to try some other of the tasty food on the menu.

We were a four top on Christmas evening. We arrived on time for our 7 pm reservation. Check in was crowded but they quickly got us to our table. The staff was amazing, especially our server, Barr. He was informative, friendly and a great waiter. The food was fantastic, arrived quickly after ordering. We all agreed we would be back soon!

Great experience. My 3rd time going to the sugar factory 2nd time going to the one in cherry hill! But I enjoyed it my boyfriend first time! We got to take pictures and enjoyed our Christmas diner with some nice drinks

My friends and I had Christmas dinner at Amici restaurant. Everyone agreed, the food was wonderful and the wait staff was very attentive without being obtrusive. We also noted that while the restaurant was full we were able to converse without having to shout or repeat what we were saying. We all agreed we would eat here again.
