We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. I would easily rate this my favourite spot for a roast dinner on the wirral. It’s a nice quiet atmosphere, not for everyone who might like a bustling pub. Service is attentive and friendly. The food, incredible… the beef is thinly sliced but still with a nice pink in the middle, great mix of veg and beef dripping crisp roast potatoes with a giant Yorkshire - but it’s the gravy that makes it - red wine jus meats gravy (pun intended). Must dine!

Honestly the most amazing food i’ve ever had, the service was so speedy and welcoming!! the atmosphere was great and god don’t get me started on the focaccia, it was DIVINE!! This was the best restaurant i’ve been to in Manchester 100%
