At Austin's, we've been cooking the old fashioned way since 1994. We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. The new appetizer sampler is phenomenal and a wonderful way for new guests to sample the most delicious appetizers on the menu. The new cocktail and mules, as well as several new entrees, were added to the menu 2 days before our arrival, and all of them were incredible. Their bourbon cart is a must try! None of us had room for dessert, but that just means that we will have to go back very soon to try them! Fahrenheit is THE BEST!!!

Menu was extensive for a hotel restaurant. When our burger was overcooked, they quickly apologized and remade it. Since we were inconvenienced, they nicely took the charge off the bill. I think they went beyond the norm to make us happy. We will be back.

Food is always great as usual which is why we come back. The service however wasn't the greatest this time around, we had a baby with us and the waitress hardly came around. As a party of only 4 adults + 1 baby and a reservation I think it's unacceptable for us to be there for just over 2 hours.. Then to be given the bill & not come back, I had to go find someone to close it out they proceeded to go look for the waitress for us.
