HANDSHAKE BAR spans two levels, each offering a selection of our most iconic cocktails. Both spaces provide a warm, intimate atmosphere. One level is slightly larger to better accommodate guests.Reservation Duration:Reservations last 1 hour and 30 minutes, allowing time to enjoy our cocktails and unique ambiance.RESERVATION POLICIES:The maximum number of guests per reservation is six. For groups of five or more, a deposit of $250.00 MXN per additional guest is required, processed via credit card through Open Table.Multiple reservations and combining tables from different bookings are not allowed. There is a 15-minute grace period; after this time, the reservation will be marked as a no-show.Deposits are non-refundable if you do not arrive within the grace period.

Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

Lardo in Mexico City is known for chef Elena Reygadas' cooking of Mediterranean food from a wood burning oven. Diners are encouraged to share. We do not accept pets.Lardo serves breakfast with egg dishes like croque madame and sandwiches. For dinner, choose from a number of small plates like ham, cheese and salads. There are also pastas, pizzas and grilled foods like octopus with chorizo, tuna, calamari, squid and beef. Desserts at Lardo include tiramisu and sorbets.     Mi esposa y yo fuimos para celebrar aniversario de bodas, buscando tener una experiencia inolvidable, y lo conseguimos. Reservamos con anticipación para no tener ningún inconveniente. El lugar es muy agradable desde la entrada, donde pudimos ver la cocina trabajando. La mesa fue ideal para nosotros dos y pedimos el menú de degustación con maridaje. Si bien el precio no es económico, lo vale completamente. Los sabores son deliciosos y el acompañamiento ideal. Si hay algo que puede mejorar es tener mayor explicación sobre los platillos, sin embargo, siempre que preguntamos, obtuvimos respuestas amables y satisfactorias.

    Ya me fui incontables veces al bar, cierto que es mi favorito entre los que conozco en Ciudad de México, y los que tuve el gusto de conocer por el mundo. Llevo clientes, amigos y familia… es un ambiente para todos. Me gusta más el bar de la parte de abajo. Los meseros son siempre increíbles y atenciosos, es un lugar totalmente diferenciado. No hay un trago que yo tenga probado que no me gustó! El fuerte del bar no es la comida, pero no esta mal.
