At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner celebration. Your staff was happy and welcoming. Service was excellent and quick. It’s been a while since we have been there but will definitely return!

We dined here for Xmas Eve and it’s was the perfect spot. The environment is cozy and quiet so you can have a conversation with your whole table. The food was excellent and cooked perfectly. I recommend the salmon and steaks. We were also excited to see some traditional dishes from past Xmas eves with our grandma under the special Xmas Eve selections. My only constructive feedback was the courses were served too close together but it was a busy night for them.
