Our Dundee Tasting Room is open Wednesday-Monday from 11am-5pm.Well behaved children are welcome to our tasting room, we ask that they please stay in their seat during your visit. Visit us on Ribbon Ridge, where we have something for everyone!At Trisaetum Winery, we specialize in Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sparkling Wines. Daily, we offer a selection of flights, each with five wines you can enjoy in our art gallery tasting room or out on our covered patio. The tasting fee is $45-50 per person and fees are waived with a minimum purchase.We are also home to Brixeur Spirits, which was started by the team at Trisaetum in 2020. Mushrooms are the heart of what we do at the Joel Palmer House. We have always endeavored to obtain seasonal and local ingredients and we use many locally produced greens, herbs, and vegetables, some of which come from our own culinary garden. We are frequently inspired by ingredients found in the cuisines of France, China, Thailand, Poland and India, so we call our cooking "freestyle." Our dishes pair well the celebrated wines of Oregon, especially Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Our extensive, Oregon-focused wine list has been awarded the Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator. Of special note, The Joel Palmer House ranks as one of Oregon's finest historic homes and is on the National Register of Historic Places and the Oregon Historic Register. Super quaint, small-capacity restaurant! The size and ambience make it a special experience, but it’s so reasonably priced that you can treat yourself often! The limited, “build your own ramen” menu results in quick service! Perhaps some additional options for add-ins (eg, shrimp, broccolini) might be available in the future? Even if it remains as is, we’ll be frequently dining here!

The service was very chill and the food was delicious. Our waitress didn't know much about the wine but she did consult the house manager who steered us towards some lovely local vintages!
