Accessed from the High Street and through a glass lobby, Quod restaurant with its terrace and bar, forms the hub of the Old Bank Hotel. Formerly a banking hall it was transformed by owner Jeremy Mogford to become Oxford's largest and most successful restaurant. Located on the roof of the Westgate Shopping Centre, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam.     We had the Christmas set menu so hard to say what the food is like overall. We will go again definitely to have a calmer experience as Christmas was just too full on for us. The staff were absolutely brilliant, went over and above to help with anything.

    Amazing good, extremely tasty! One of us is allergic to garlic which can be a massive pain and sometimes we get a bit of push back about it, but it wasn’t an issue at all and there was still lots of choice for them. Drinks were lovely. It was very busy with it being Christmas Eve but service was still amazing, especially from Rob the manager! Will definitely be coming again!

    We had a really nice meal,the server was fantastic and very helpful,and the restaurant not too crowded and really relaxing.Food was very good and well seasoned and spiced,devilled kidneys perfect ,but alittle too much salt in the rabbit,which was also very good.oysters were perfect,my wife had moules ,perfect,her lemon sole a little bland,but then lemon sole is.overall,most enjoyable and really pleasant meal.

    What a find! Came across this restaurant by accident, and had one of our best experiences for years. Fantastic food, excellent friendly service, and a really cool venue. Highly recommend
