Clark and Schwenk, friends over the years, discussed starting a place of their own and traded ideas over what the menu would be like. Finally, at the beginning of 2007, they felt ready to strike out on their own and made that vision happen. “I looked around Atlanta and saw a need for a really good old-school restaurant,” Clark says. That restaurant would become C&S Oyster Bar, specializing in classic New York and Paris brasserie-style cuisine. Our meal was excellent, especially the pork belli tostadas and the French toast for dessert. Vanni gave us great recommendations and made sure that our food came out in the correct order.

I had been to the one downtown before so we decided to try the new location before a show. We were seated promptly with our reservation. The waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable. Food was excellent with large portions. Will definitely go back

We went for my wife’s birthday and it was perfect. She was happy with the entire experience and so was I. The food was amazing and we didn’t have to wait long. Everything was a 10/10, appetizers, drinks, entrees and desert. Our server Ershell was the best we have ever had at any restaurant. We had a great time and will definitely be back soon.

I did not order any food here, but I could not complete the review without an entry. I came for the holiday pop up to taste the drinks and enjoy the atmosphere. It was everything I hoped. The service there was excellent. Out attendant was very friendly and conversational. We shared some laughs. The crowd was nice, even people there with there children after 11 just to enjoy the holiday spirit. It was great. Loved the drinks, and I saw several people order the titanic. I didn't try that but it and the margarita flight looks so tempting. Truly enjoyed the exprience.
