We currently offer in-house dining Tuesday through Sunday from 4:30-10:00pm (last dinner seating is at 9:30). Takeout is no longer available at this time. Patio dining is available Memorial Day weekend through September and always subject to weather. Please call us directly to reserve a patio table, but keep in mind that of the six 4-tops available outside, three are kept for walk-ins only.Our restaurant features Paolo Laboa, international chef from Genova, Italy. On an impromptu trip to Downtown Portland, myself and company went to David’s for a quick lunch. KEVIN provided us with exceptional cocktails and lunch recommendations. Super cute spot for lunch or dinner, looking forward to coming back!

Even though I messed up on the reservation time and our party therefore arrived late, the hosts were very gracious, welcoming and accommodating. We were seated right away at a great table (I think any table in there would be great, truly). Our server Stefan was terrific, attentive and helpful. The drinks and food were excellent, with very interesting flavors and flavor combinations. Though it is a bit pricey, the experience is worth it and I highly recommend it.

Had a reservation for 6 at noon. We arrived and were seated at a table already set up for us. Nice. Drinks first then ordered the great food. Three of us ordered the wedge salad, one a Caesar salad, one a chopped salad with a chowder and the last ordered fish and chips, and ordered a fish and chips to bring home. The food was delicious and wonderfully prepared. The staff is excellent and very attentive. Wonderful.
