We had a wonderful visit to Firebirds in Collegeville PA! My son is a Firebirds fanatic so we planned lunch there as an early Birthday celebration for him since his falls on Christmas Day. The place, the food, the ambiance is all great. But our waitress, Cindy, was the star. She was fun, made great recommendations, and took care of our every need! We will definitely be back!

What a pleasure visiting this charming winery and bistro. I enjoyed the wine selections and the food is just as impressive. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive making you feel like a valued guest from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting.
