When we were lead to our table we were offered to check our coats. The atmosphere was lively and very busy. Our server was friendly and attentive. We started off sharing a Crab Cake, It was very tender and hot. I had the Filet Mignon with Béarnaise sauce and my wife had the Salmon Wellington with a Tarragon sauce(not Béarnaise). Both dinners were very good. I guess my only complaint would be the vegetables were under done, they were still crunchy. The desserts were incredible. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Vancouver.

Miku is truly one of our favorite restaurants in Vancouver! The food is consistently outstanding, offering a perfect blend of flavors and presentation. Their signature Aburi sushi is a must-try and never disappoints. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with stunning waterfront views that add to the dining experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have an excellent experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional Japanese cuisine in downtown Vancouver!

Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! The wagyu steak is worth the visit and it was a great experience overall! We were actually planning to come back the moment we left the door. Will recommend to friends.
