From the moment we walked into Elia, we knew we were in for a treat. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning—think glowing blue lights, natural decor, and walls adorned with beautifully spaced art pieces that felt like a gallery. Sitting across from my wife, I couldn’t have asked for a better view. The service was equally impressive. We were warmly greeted at the door and invited to enjoy a drink at the bar while waiting for our table amidst a lively crowd. Our server, Lilia, was outstanding. Despite being busy, she made sure we were well taken care of and never felt overlooked. Now, the food—wow. We started with the octopus, followed by the filet mignon and lobster paella. Each dish was cooked to perfection. The paella was packed with rich flavors and seafood, and the lobster tail was perfectly done. The filet mignon? Easily one of the best steaks I’ve had in Walnut Creek, perfectly seasoned and tender. To finish, we indulged in the chocolate cake, which was nothing short of spectacular—the best I’ve ever had. Elia gave us an amazing night filled with exceptional food, ambiance, and service. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. I absolutely loved the rooftop. What impressed me was a minimal menu. We had a large group and all the food was worth the value. Not cheap, so the execution of each dish was outstanding. Highly recommend !

It was a very nice environment. They played some mellow pop while I was there. I was not a huge fan of the seating arrangements kinda some smaller tables high chairs. The rainbow roll however was amazing and a few of the other rolls I got were great too. The waiter was very nice and food came out pretty fast

Impressive selection of champagnes and a relatively small food menu. It's a fairly small place but bright and sorta minimalist. Comfy seats to hang out in. Service was OK (we had to ask for water a couple times and ask for refills). The champagne flights were nice (3 small pours) and we got nice explanations about the houses and the champagnes themselves. The cheese board was quite tasty with 3 types of cheeses and some smaller sides (olives, fruit, jam, etc.). We didn't get any explanation about the cheeses though, or even what type of cheese they were. Unsurprisingly it was pretty expensive for 2 flights and the cheese board, but the quality all around was quite good. Definitely a nice place to get good champagne if you're feeling like splurging on something light to eat & drink.

Excellent squid ink paella and appetizers. The paella required at least 20 minutes to prepare so let the wait staff know or order it ahead of the rest. Attentive service
