Very nice and good food with small plates. You can taste a little of everything

Our waitress Maria was the highlight of the evening, although the fresh salads, tasty entrees, and a great Super Tuscan wine helped!

Filomena does not disappoint! Always perfectly cooked pasta, chicken and seafood. The place is already decorated for Christmas which makes it quite an experience with a polar bear dressed in his best and Santa not to mention all the streamers and stuff hanging from the ceiling. No place like it. Only downside is they fill the place up and it gets tight and warm down in that basement. A must for any trip to DC and Georgetown!

Went this evening to celebrate a friend's birthday and had a wonderful experience. Staff was very attentive, food was delicious, and the owner stopped by to say hello. Overall a memorable evening and well worth the drive.

Second time for the Omakase, loved it as much as the first time. The espresso drinks were inventive and flavorful, the bitterness cut through by unexpected flavor elements . TL, our server was attentive and explained each course in detail.
