Outstanding food! Great service. A bit noisy. Overall would go back without hesitation.

We had a fantastic dinner here last week, we started with a bowl of the butternut squash soup which was the best soup we have ever had. The beef tartare was delicious as well. Our entrees were the Berkshire pork which was incredibly flavorful and a bowl of the pho which was also fantastic. On a night where they were clearly understaffed, our waitress did a good job of taking care of us and we appreciated her efforts as she doubled as the bartender as well. My wife has dairy and gluten allergies and all the dishes we had were perfect for her. A really great experience.

We love ZB, but a little criticism can be helpful. The food, generally, is excellent, the wait staff are attentive. BUT, it is exceptionally noisy, even when half full. It’s difficult to have a conversation at times, and the noise level diminishes the ambience. An investment in sound dampening would go a long way. Otherwise, 5 stars.

First time staying at this property, I dined in at the bar lounge with a friend and we loved it! The bartenders, Dan, and Anne, were so friendly and professional. To top it off drinks were perfect, and for a hotel restaurant actually not unreasonably priced. Food menu was small but hit all the marks as far as a great range of offerings. I highly recommend the burger and onion soup, both were top notch. I will be coming back to stay here again, and would love to see this place during a football weekend!
