**Our menu currently features a six course Chef's menu only.** Our six course Chef's menu at Tersiguel's is a combination of authentic French-style cooking and rustic country fare reminiscent of cuisine found in Tersiguel's original home of Brittany, France. Tersiguel's cuisine is reflective of the seasons, with a garden that produces lettuces, herbs, vegetables, fruits and edible flowers. We have one major focus: the popular German street food - schnitzel. We also have wursts made by local German meat market legend, Binkert's (Rosedale, MD). Other partnerships include a Black Forest Ice Cream Sandwich by Scoop & Paddle (Clarksville, MD).We use fresh meats and vegetables, never frozen. The pretzels are made by hand by an Army vet who learned to make pretzels in Germany after his service. The sauces are made from scratch. As usual, top notch service and innovative food was the rule this evening. Their 6 course prix fixe menu was a bargain at $99 a person. Each unique dish was expertly prepared and delivered to the table with perfect spacing. The Christmas setting was a wonderful touch that went well with the snowy surroundings. All in all a special treat that will be remembered for a long time.

We celebrated my husband’s 85th birthday with a late lunch. It has become customary for us to celebrate important occasions at the Capital Grille. It is always special.

Great time and good food as usual. Disappointing in that it was my 37th anniversary and I had mentioned it in my reservation. Nothing from the restaurant. Maybe I expected too much.

I bought my boyfriend for his birthday and he loved it! Though it was not our first time, going to Blackwall Barn & Lodge always feels like a new experience. The servers, Tasha and Christy, were working double time with serving the floor and the bar, but they were consistent and attentive as well as just fun to interact with. The managers do not shy away from helping run food and speaking to customers. For appys, we order the fried tomatoes and a caesar salad. My bf has a tree nut allergy, and the caesar salad does come with almonds and granola, but they were apologetic and expeditious in providing a new salad without. Our entrees were EXCELLENT! We both had specials, I had the crusted lamb with mashed potatoes and veggies and he had the salmon with polenta....amazing! As it was his birthday, they no longer do the free dessert, but they offer a coupon and card for your next visit. Overall, I will be returning....with or without him LOL
