We offer gluten-free contemporary Pacific Northwest cuisine with Northern Mediterraneaninfluences - think Spanish, French, Italian, Greek & Turkish, diverse & healthy options, courtesy of Chef Ton Yazici & Sous Chef Ben Jones. We specialize in wine, cider and spirit flights. In addition to our 50+ ciders, beer & full bar, we serve local Washington wines as well as a selection of Mediterranean ones, curated by local winemaker Rich Burton of Locus Wines.VALENTINE'S DAY: Reservations Now Open. 4-course pre-fixe will be the only option in the dining room. Main dining room is all ages with 75 seats. Downstairs bar/event space holds 150 people - 21+only for regular hours. Please note that food service stops 45 minutes prior to posted closing times. SPECIAL NOTE: We require a credit card hold for reservations 6 or more. If tables are available, you can make reservations up to 16 people. If you are unable, email us at info@astirseattle.com.

Poquitos - Capitol Hill does not currently offer reservations Friday and Saturday evenings after 6:30pm.Poquitos Chef Manny Arce offers authentic presentations of traditional Mexican cuisine while utilizing the regional benefit of high quality Northwest farms and purveyors. Over 14,000 Talavera tiles from Puebla, Mexico and a variety of Mexican artisan design pieces combine to create an environment that is unique not only to Capitol Hill but Seattle as well. Our outdoor covered patio, with radiant heat, two fireplaces, and 12-seat bar is enjoyable whether for a Sunday lunch or a Friday night cocktail.

We’re a neighborhood joint doing our best to make the place feel relaxed, service attentive and easy; the food approachable yet focused. We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The style of food is similar to what we’re known for on the airstream …the difference? we have so much more room!     I chose Violet for my husband's birthday dinner because I liked the ambience and it had great reviews. Our experience was outstanding from beginning to end. They greeted us warmly, gave us a welcome taste of Lambrusco, offered great food and drink recommendations and made us feel very welcome. The owner also introduced himself to us and at the end of our meal, sat down with us and gave us a birthday toast. The car and attention to providing a first rate dining experience with no detail left out was impressive and we had a memorable, and delicious meal!

    A Magical Birthday at A Stir We celebrated a birthday at A Stir with a group of 10, including friends with dietary restrictions like Celiac, dairy and alcohol allergies, vegan, and vegetarian diets. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and our server made our large group feel like an intimate table. Everyone loved their food and beverages—no one felt left out. The flavors, quality, and care were outstanding, creating a truly magical experience for our guest of honor. The atmosphere added to the magic, creating the perfect backdrop for our celebration. It truly felt like a special occasion, and our guest of honor couldn’t stop raving about how perfect everything was. A Stir is a must-visit for anyone looking for impeccable food, outstanding service, and an inclusive dining experience. We can’t wait to return!
