On October 4th, 2022 the Dutch red windmill opened her doors to Fred & Diana. Diana is known for Diana's Pancakes, across Barcelo and before that, she was the owner of a similar pancake place next to the mill. Fred is known for his former restaurants Chef's Tables, 2 Fools and a Bull and Fred Restaurant in downtown Oranjestad.The two decided to work together and King Fred & Princess Diana was born. Diana delights guests with Dutch pancakes in the morning, while Fred takes the reins in the evening, serving a diverse range of international cuisine for dinner.On the second floor you will find our souvenir shop that can be visited anytime upon request. Our second time to Aquarius Staff and service is always excellent. Gloria (our server) was great!! The lobster and grilled fish are excellent as well as the rest of the offerings

Some of the best Italian food we’ve had anywhere. And $39 wine bottles are a great value. At owner’s suggestion, we had a red blend that was truly outstanding. Went back. 2 nights later and had another memorable dinner. Definitely a new Aruba staple for us.

First off… the actual restaurant is closed for renovations. The temporary restaurant is in the buffet area. This information is not shared online. Food was great. Prices was ok. Bring a sweater it’s very cold inside
