We have one major focus: the popular German street food - schnitzel. We also have wursts made by local German meat market legend, Binkert's (Rosedale, MD). Other partnerships include a Black Forest Ice Cream Sandwich by Scoop & Paddle (Clarksville, MD).We use fresh meats and vegetables, never frozen. The pretzels are made by hand by an Army vet who learned to make pretzels in Germany after his service. The sauces are made from scratch. Our cocktail program features both popular and obscure German spirits. The wine program consists of small-production family-owned wineries in Germany and Austria. Beer offerings include a healthy diet of imported German beers and local breweries who make German-style brews. This was the location for our monthly Ladies Lunch for four high school friends traveling from Annapolis and Baltimore suburbs. We are now 50 years old. Excellent cocktail menu, broad menu to accommodate everyone’s needs (including gluten-free and vegan options), and superb service. Exactly what we needed for a great time.

An awesome experience! Highly recommend and will be back. Made a reservation for lunch for a party of 6. We were seated within 5 minutes of arrival. We were seated in a back corner and it was very hot when we sat down. The management adjusted the temperature when we informed them. Three of us got the Chef’s Tasting Menu and I added the Wine Pairing for an extra $45. The others ordered off the lunch menu. We enjoyed everything and plenty of food with the Tasting Menu. Highly recommend!

What a find! Nice little quaint restaurant located in Elkridge. The service was great and friendly. The beer selection was on point for a German restaurant, and the food was delicious. My family had a really good time.
