Excelente lugar, excelente personas, excelente vista, excelente sabor, excelente ambiente, no hay ruido, me encanto, volvere muchas veces. Excellent place, excellent people, excellent view, excellent flavor, excellent atmosphere, no noise, I loved it, I will return many times.

Greeted immediately by friendly people as we entered the front dining room that had live music today, Sunday. Our dining area was a very attractive bricked wall space , that had a cozy feel, while being fairly open. Our attentive server Dee was friendly and kept us informed about our cocktail order and food order. All three of us enjoyed our breakfast meals although you can have lunch too. We would highly recommend The Cafe for breakfast,brunch or lunch!

We seriously had the best time for our mom night out! We will be making this a yearly visit for winter break!

We opted to try Proof On Main to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary during our annual visit to Louisville. Routinely, we had our anniversary dinner at Swizzle. However, when we were unsuccessfully at securing a reservation at Swizzle, our search for an alternate led us to Proof on Main-we are glad we did! Not only were we able to get a last minute reservation on X-mas eve, but it wasn't packed, adding to the intimate ambience we were hoping to experience. Our waiter, was not only knowledgeable, but he was verry attentive and detailed with his recommendations; which were spot-on. I cannot remember the last time I savored every bit of my meal.

Extraordinary experience from beginning to end. The maitre d’ recognized our request for a bourbon tasting with dinner and made sure to seat us at a table in Ross’s section. Ross was a delight. Funny, efficient, and knowledgeable with the menu and especially the bourbon. After asking us questions on type, style, price, he created a tasting that was perfect beginning to end. I am going to dream about my halibut main course and my husband raved about the Caesar salad. We will definitely be back when we come to town.
