Amazing food! Such good quality fish it’s buttery and amazing flavor. Chefs choice platter of sushi is Devine. Some of the best sushi I’ve had in the states-comparing to when I went to Japan.

This is a regular stop when I have to come into town for work. It’s just hard to get a reservation when the patio is closed (aka the winter!). Always get the filet and it is yet to disappoint (4 times and counting). There sauces are good - but the salt flakes are amazing. Highlights and compliments the natural flavors. Tried some new sides - both excellent. The mushroom ragot was great, but don’t need to get it again. The brussel sprouts were amazing and rivaled the smashed potatoes (my personal favorite). I will definitely be getting them again. If you like steak in a relaxed atmosphere, you will like this restaurant.

Love this place. Early weeknights are intimate meals. Wife and I both had crab cakes. Agreed it may be some of the best crab cakes we have had. Paired really nicely with rice, spinach and sauce. One of best entrees in C’ville…..

This is a fun, casual neighborhood gem! If we lived here, we definitely would be regular customers. They have an innovative cocktail list with items as potent as they are tasty. All of the food from appetizers to entrees to desserts were delicious and full of flavor. And the friendly, engaging, attentive service was the topper to a great dining experience!

After 3 years of going to multiple restaurants in Charlottesville, FIGhas become our go-to place for consistently GREAT food and service. Food Is Good.
