For more than a decade, it has provided Northeast Ohioans with outstanding cuisine and service.Conveniently located on Chagrin Boulevard and Som Center Road in Moreland Hills, Flour - Italian Kitchen is both the neighborhood gathering place for family dinner and sophisticated private venue for the country’s largest corporations. Consistently an enjoyable experience. My husband, friends, and I come here often enough and have always had a great experience. Tonight two out of four of us ordered veggie burgers because they are the best in town. Colleen, our server, was warm and professional. That is one of the hallmarks of this restaurant; it seems they hire experienced servers who get along with each other.

One of the best restaurants in the Cleveland area. Food preparations were creative and beautifully presented. Service staff were pleasant and knowledgeable (particularly Caleb, Julie, and the sommelier). As always, the atmosphere was welcoming.

Reservations were for a high top table. On arrival, hostess seated us at a high top table. We had a wonderful waitress, who provided great service, and we enjoyed great food. We are regular, returning customers who enjoy Piccolo’s food and service.
