We usually eat here on Dec 26th for my husband's birthday. It's always fun, but last night was better! Our chef showed some impressive rhythmic/juggling skills, definitely above average! (Once we had a guy who just took S & P shakers and did a "clack-clack click" a couple of times!) The other group at the table were pretty disinterested, so he bypassed a couple of the old standards, but after the professional drum set (Drum and Bugle Corps Member?), he did an amazing job with everyone's food! made exactly as ordered, including a couple of special orders. I booked for some friends of mine I knew would be as excited about the ambiance & architecture as I was & Stellar Jay did not disappoint. The view was phenomenal for city atmosphere & I can’t wait to return in the spring for warm weather patio vibes. I wished they had an outdoor fire pit, that’s something I would have loved as an addition. The menu was unique & the food delicious. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly & offered great recommendations. I loved watching the chiefs prepare the food openly & the roasted fire aroma was intoxicating. Really enjoyed this visit!

Amazing experience! Started with the prosciutto, a pinot grigio, and had the tagliatelle, followed by the torta. It was all so wonderful! HIGHLY recommend the tagliatelle!! I sat at the bar, where Caesar waited on me, and he was exceptional. Highly attentive but not over-bearing; he was personable and friendly. I loved the ambiance as well. It should also be said, Caesar went above and beyond, and is an expert in his craft! Make a reservation, and you will not be disappointed.

True food never disappoints, and this experience was no exception. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and came out so fast! Our server Jesse was delightful, personable and made our experience even better:) True food is always at the top of our list when dining in Denver for any occasion.

We were 9 family members celebrating Christmas and had lovely food with an excellent waiter. We all want to return soon. The lamb and filets got top reviews, as well as the butter fish and salmon. The restaurant was quite busy, but the atmosphere was warm and cozy. It was a night for our family to remember.
